**Referee Requirements**
We can only accept teams with a complete and qualified ref crew. Please note that for ref crews you must have the following:

14U requires Advanced Center and Intermediate AR's
12U requires Intermediate Center and Regional AR's
10U requires a ref crew with Regional badges

Teams from outside of Area Q will not be required to play or referee Friday night.

Steps for Applying:
1. Read the rules: please pay attention to referee requirements (these must be met for approval), roster sizes and coach requirements etc.

2. Fill out forms: Team Application, Team Roster Form, SNT Referee Information Form (If you have a youth referee include the SNT Youth Referee Letter)

3. Email your completed application to [email protected]. Please make sure that you have ALL of the required forms before emailing your application. Do not email your application without your referee crew information. Please do not mail your hard copy application and check at this point.

4. After you have received email approval from that tournament director that you are accepted into the tournament, mail your hard copy and check. Please do not mail your hard copy application until you have received your approval.

**u12s may play Friday and Sunday Games at Damon Garcia AND Saturday Games at Talley Fields - PLEASE CHECK YOUR SCHEDULES CLOSELY

PARKING
PLEASE CARPOOL AS PARKING IS EXTREMELY LIMITED AT ALL VENUES!! Additional parking for Damon Garcia is available behind the new SESLOC Credit Union building(South Lot - not yet shown on Google maps) at all times during our tournament. Parking in front of the bank (North Lot) will only be available when the bank branch is closed. Please be courteous to the City parking marshals who will assist you in parking in the right place, and never park in the ATM spots. NO RVs, campers, buses or other large vehicles are allowed to park in the Damon Garcia lot or SESLOC BANK, however they can be parked on Industrial Way towards the Graduate. No event parking is permitted in the Marigold Shopping Center.

DOGS - We love dogs, really we do. However, no dogs are allowed at any of our venues (except for service dogs). The City issues tickets for dogs brought to Damon Garcia and they have become very expensive. Please respect this rule and leave your dog at home.
