Referee Requirements

Each All-Star team must supply three referees, exclusive to their team.

⚠️ Teams may not pool referees.

Referee crews must be exclusive to each team.

Minimum Requirements by Division

10U All-Star Teams
Regional Referee – 10+ Core games as Center in 10U or higher
Regional Referee – 10+ Core games
Regional Referee – 10+ Core games
10U Assistant Coach – fully licensed
10U Head Coach – fully licensed and served as Coach in 2025 Core Season

12U All-Star Teams
Intermediate Referee – 10+ Core games
Regional Referee – 10+ Core games
Regional Referee – 10+ Core games
12U Assistant Coach – fully licensed
12U Head Coach – fully licensed and served as Coach in 2025 Core Season

 14U All-Star Teams
Advanced Referee – 10+ Core games
Intermediate Referee – 10+ Core games
Intermediate Referee – 10+ Core games
14U Assistant Coach – fully licensed
14U Head Coach – fully licensed and served as Coach in 2025 Core Season
